Shipping Methods

1. Our Logistics Service
We provide international shipping through DHL/UPS, or, if the order volume exceeds 1 cubic meter, we may opt for sea shipping based on your location.

2. Discount of postage
As a member of an elite group of international express companies, we enjoy preferential shipping rates. For instance, we are an EMS member and receive a 30% discount from the post office.

3. Shipping & delivery time
Upon receiving your order, we will review it and send you an invoice within 24 hours. As our valued long-term wholesalers, your orders will be prioritized, and we will prepare stock items for you before sending you an invoice with the exact shipping charges. Once you have made your payment, we will ship your order within 1 business day. For new wholesalers, it generally takes 2 business days to ship your package.

Typically, DHL/FedEx/UPS deliveries take 7-12 business days worldwide, depending on your location. EMS deliveries usually take 10-15 business days (excluding Russia). Occasionally, product shortages may cause delays in delivery. In such cases, we will notify you via email, and no further action will be taken until we receive your response. We can offer exchanges or cancellations based on your preference.

4. Calculated the postage
When ordering, keep in mind that larger orders can be more cost-effective. For example, the EMS express charge is nearly the same for 1 or 5 items, so ordering more can save you money! This is because shipping costs are calculated based on weight, making the cost per kg lower for larger shipments.

5. The shipping cost
Shipping costs may vary depending on weight, delivery method, and destination country. It is challenging to determine an exact shipping fee before you place an order (the weight of a one-piece bikini is approximately 0.05kg, while leather weighs around 0.3kg/pc). You can select your preferred shipping company, and we will also evaluate all available options to suggest the most suitable method for you. If you are not satisfied with our shipping fees, you can choose to cancel your order or provide a pre-paid box for us to send your package.
