RETURN POLICY
• We only accept returns for products purchased from Aapparella Wholesale Online, and all returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached.
• Lingerie or swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed, due to health and hygiene concerns.
• We reserve the right to reject returns that exhibit signs of wear or do not meet the criteria outlined above.
REFUNDS
• After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or denied. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information indicates it was delivered.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method.

How Do I Handle Damaged or Defective Items?
1.Upon receiving your order, inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during transit. It is normal for shipping cartons to exhibit some wear and tear. However, if the items in your delivery are damaged, retain the box, packaging, and items, and contact sales support within 30 days to report the issue.
2.Attach a photo or video of the damaged/defective item to the email.
3.Once we confirm the product has quality defects, we will arrange a refund to your original payment method or your Aapparella account balance without requiring you to return the damaged or defective items.
4.Confirmation and refund processing typically take 3-5 business days.
NOTE:
• If we do not receive a message or email from you within 7 days of package receipt, the item will no longer qualify for a refund.
• All returns are subject to inspection and processing, so the return address may differ from the delivery address. To prevent delays in your return, please contact the sales manager for the appropriate return address.
• Aapparella Wholesale Online monitors claims of lost, missing, incorrect, and damaged items for potential abuse. Lost, missing, incorrect, and damaged items must be reported promptly upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be retained.
